How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After you place an order on TestamentBeauty.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order. Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered. The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order, a  member of our customer service team will contact you

If a product goes out of stock during a promotion, can I apply the code when the product is back in stock?

Promotional codes or discounts can only be applied to full priced items that are currently in stock, and only for the duration of the promotion. 

What forms of payment does Testament Beauty accept?

We are pleased to accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We can also take payments via  Paypal, ApplePay, as well as Afterpay. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery. 

What should I do if the item I want to buy is sold out?

We're a new brand and are working hard to keep products in stock. Follow @testamentbeauty on Instagram for updates on restocks and sign up for our emails for updates.  

Where does Testament Beauty ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories.  We’re working on bringing Testament Beauty to the global marketplace, stay tuned for more!

Do you ship to APO and PO boxes?

Yes, we do ship to APO and PO boxes. Many APO and PO boxes go to our military people.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

TestamentBeauty.com charges sales tax on orders delivered to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. Please email us at customerservice@testamentbeauty.com  as soon as possible after placing your order with your full name, order number and the subject line “Cancellation.” We’ll do our best to accommodate you! Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery.

Testament Beauty is exclusively available at testamentbeauty.com and saks.com.

How much does domestic shipping cost?

Standard Shipping on orders within the U.S. is $7.95.

Standard Shipping on 2 or more items on orders within the U.S. is FREE.

Expedited shipping options on orders within the U.S. are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.
