How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After you place an order on TestamentBeauty.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order. Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered. The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order, a member of our customer service team will contact you
If a product goes out of stock during a promotion, can I apply the code when the product is back in stock?
Promotional codes or discounts can only be applied to full priced items that are currently in stock, and only for the duration of the promotion.
What forms of payment does Testament Beauty accept?
We are pleased to accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We can also take payments via Paypal, ApplePay, as well as Afterpay. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.
What should I do if the item I want to buy is sold out?
We're a new brand and are working hard to keep products in stock. Follow @testamentbeauty on Instagram for updates on restocks and sign up for our emails for updates.
Where does Testament Beauty ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. We’re working on bringing Testament Beauty to the global marketplace, stay tuned for more!
Do you ship to APO and PO boxes?
Yes, we do ship to APO and PO boxes. Many APO and PO boxes go to our military people.
Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. Please email us at customerservice@testamentbeauty.com as soon as possible after placing your order with your full name, order number and the subject line “Cancellation.” We’ll do our best to accommodate you! Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery.

How much does domestic shipping cost?
Standard Shipping on orders within the U.S. is $7.95.
Standard Shipping on 2 or more items on orders within the U.S. is FREE.
Expedited shipping options on orders within the U.S. are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

Is Testament's packaging recyclable?
Our jars are made of painted glass and are completely recyclable. Our lids are made of beech, which in addition to being biodegradable, beech forests have been called a prime example of sustained, multifunctional forestry, allowing for logging, environmental protection and recreational use.
What is the best treatment for my skin type?
We are 100% here to help you care for your skin. Check out our product pages, which include an outline of the skincare concerns the product targets. We also signify when formulas are safe for sensitive skin (which we're always aiming for!).
How do I incorporate Testament Beauty into my beauty routine?
We love trying new products ourselves and get how people really use skincare — and 9.9 time out of ten, that includes products from multiple brands. We get that and we feel you! You can use Testament Beauty products along with your other favorite moisturizers, serums, oils — you name it. If you are under the care of a doctor or are taking prescription medication, check with your medical professional.

Are Testament products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We never, ever test on animals — and we never will!
Are Testament Beauty products vegan?
All of Testament's formulas are plant-based. Our Turkish Coffee 3-in-1 Mask contains honey extract. There are no animal bi-products in our products.
Which skin types is Testament Beauty good for?
Our Moroccan Chamomile Sleeping Mask and Turkish Coffee 3-in-1 Masks are designed to be safe for sensitive and problem skin types. if you have specific concerns, always patch test and/or consult with your healthcare professional.
How long until I see results with Moroccan Chamomile Sleeping Mask?
How about one good night's sleep? After one use, you will see smoother, more even and hydrated skin thanks to the clinical actives such as niacinamide. With continued use, you'll notice even more pronounced results!
How long until I see results with Turkish Coffee 3-in-1 Mask?
In less than a single episode of Friends! You'll see brighter, smoother, more hydrated skin in a single use. Again, thanks to the clinical actives, like ceramides and squalane, continued use of 2-3 times per week will result in even better results.
Can I use the Moroccan Chamomile Sleeping Mask around the eye area?
No. Do not apply in or near the eyes.

Will Testament products expire?
Our products have an unopened shelf-life of 30 months or an opened shelf-life of 12 months.
Returns
We want you to enjoy your skincare experience as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Any unopened and unused orders can be returned within 10 days of receiving the order. We only accept returns for items purchased on testamentbeauty.com. If you’ve purchased a our products from another retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy. In order for us to process your return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.
